- A refund request for an auto-renew order that the customer is unaware or doesn't receive the auto-renew
notification in their email inbox before the auto-renew occurred and they have no need of the product in the
future.
- A refund request due to technical trouble of the purchased product and no available solution has been
provided within 5 days. In this case, Keeprix will refund you if you do not want to wait for a future
upgrade or solution.
Once we issue a refund, the corresponding activated code will be deactivated, and you are required to
uninstall the software and remove it from your computer.
Generally, if any customer asks for refund, he/she will receive it. Unless:
- A refund request for order exceeds the date of Money Back Guarantee.
- Ask refund after you have agreed to exchange another Keeprix products already.
- Fail to register product due to improper operation.
- Do not read the product description before purchasing the software and thus resulting in dissatisfaction
with the product's functions and/or results.
- A refund request claiming that fails to receive activation code within several hours. Generally, once an
